  • Server Overload: Our servers might be processing a high volume of requests, causing delays in generating your transcript.

How to Resolve It

If your transcription remains stuck for more than 2 hours, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Status: Ensure that the transcription is still stuck on "generating" and hasn't completed.

    • The URL of the transcript that failed to generate.
    • Any additional information that might help our team diagnose the issue.
